Honey Face Mask

1 tablespoon honey , 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon glycerin and add all the ingredients in proportion to beat a smooth mixture . Spread the mask all over your face including the neck and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash it off with warm water.

For a relaxing bath, add 1/4 cup honey to your bath water and soak it away in that silky smooth water.

Mix 1 teaspoon of honey , 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice. This mixture is a natural conditioner to rub on your body . Leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse.

Body exfoliation

Use 1/4 cup freshly ground coffee, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 2 tablespoons wheat germ , 2 tablespoons honey , 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil , and 1 egg white. Mix buttermilk, honey, grapeseed oil, and egg white together. Keep adding coffee and wheat germ to this mixture slowly to avoid lumps. Apply this paste all over your body when you are in the bath to help with exfoliation. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry to see the effects.
