Shipping Policy and Liability

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, our responsibility for it ends. We are not responsible for damage, theft or loss of products during transport.

In the event of an incident with the package, we will act as an intermediary between the customer and the courier company, providing the necessary information to resolve the situation. However, no refund will be made for damaged or lost products until the courier company completes its investigation and determines whether the incident is the responsibility of the transport company. If the courier company assumes responsibility, the sender or recipient will be compensated according to its internal policy.

We recommend checking the status of the package upon receipt and, in case of any inconvenience, contacting the courier directly.

Can I return an order?

All sales are final, in order to give our customers confidence and security in purchasing a new product, we do not offer returns or exchanges of merchandise under any circumstances.

This guarantees that any product purchased has not been in the hands of anyone other than our staff. This criterion applies to all items displayed on this website.

If for any reason the product received is not the product that appears on your purchase receipt or was damaged during shipping, please report it immediately so that the corresponding change can be made by emailing mikajabonartesanal@gmail.com

  • Preparation and shipping times may be delayed due to high order volume or extraordinary event such as new collection launch, holiday, and vacation.
  • If you get free shipping, the guide is sent Standard by any courier service.
  • For shipments to Cd. Victoria, Tamaulipas, there are only two delivery attempts . If no one can receive the package, it will have to be collected in store without refund of the shipping cost.
  • For shipments to the rest of the Republic, we cannot be held responsible if there is no one to receive the package. If the package is returned to Mika Jabón Artesanal, the customer must pay for the cost of reshipment.
  • In case the package does not have the address and the package is returned to Mika Jabón Artesanal, the customer must pay for the cost of reshipment.
  • In case of bad weather, delivery times tend to be delayed.
  • We are not financially responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address if the error was on the part of the customer.
  • Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed until Monday or the next business day.
